My family and I obtained three separate bids for a motorized  stairlift chair.  We decided to purchase the Aviator Stairlift from  Florida Home Access, and we wanted it installed immediately in February 2026.  We found Florida Home Access to not only be the least expensive bid for the project, but the owner of the company personally came to my home to provide us all the information and involved expenditures.  Since I was anxious to have the stairlift chair installed immediately, the owner personally did the installation himself in order to meet my desired deadline. From the time Andy S was involved in installing our Pilot stairlift a few years ago, we were impressed with his skill, knowledge and expertise. At that time he represented the manufacturer and headed the installation team along with the owners of the local  shop where we bought the lift. Those shop owners ultimately sold their business and we were left without someone locally to maintain the Pilot. We were now  past time for the lift’s annual maintenance and feared we’d have a breakdown. So we were thrilled to discover  that Andy had started his own business, Florida Home Access, and was willing to drive to our area for the maintenance. He arrived early, spent about two hours checking everything out, changed the batteries and gave us instructions as to how to fix a recurring problem. Andy’s  manner is calm, cordial and confident. Andy was very knowledgeable and addressed the features of the chair. It was a comfort to me that he knew and was able to speak of different chair systems as well as the companies making them.
