Linked Seat & Footrest
The seat and footrest are mechanically linked, allowing them to fold and unfold together. This removes the need to bend down separately to raise or lower the footrest.
Two-Way Swivel Seat
The seat can swivel in either direction, providing additional flexibility when planning safe and convenient transfer positions at the landings.
Illuminated Staircase
LED lighting built into the side of the carriage illuminates the staircase as the Navigator travels, helping provide additional visibility during use. The brochure confirms carriage LED lighting as standard.
Smooth Start & Stop
The Navigator accelerates and slows gradually for a smoother, more comfortable ride around the bends and turns of a curved staircase.
Remote Call & Send Controls
Two wireless remote controls are included, allowing the stair lift to be called or sent to another landing when required.

Space at the bottom of the staircase is particularly limited
The Handicare Freecurve offers a compact single-rail design with a drop-nose option and an available hinged rail where additional lower-landing clearance is required.
